In Episode EABF10 of the Simpsons, Marge becomes too sick and tired on Valentine's Day, and falls asleep when Homer accidentally replaces her "Sex Bomb" mix tape with Maggie's tape of Brahm's lullabies. Disappointed, Homer goes out for a walk, and through a series of events, becomes the owner of the Nuclear Power Plant.
It relates to my life because I woke up today and called in sick, with a sore throat, stuffed nose and general crappiness. I've left a voicemail for Initials informing him of the possibility of an... uneventful Valentines. Hopefully, like Homer, he'll be able to take the disappointment and turn it into something positive and money-making.
Otherwise, I have a feeling I'm in trouble. Well, not trouble, but I don't want to let down Initials.
